Applicants for COSECSA Ordinary Fellowship by Election:

1. Shall be registered surgeons in their home country
2. Shall be proposed and seconded two by fully paid-up Fellows of the College
3. Shall be surgeons with at least ten years of active surgical practice after qualification and three or more verifiable scientific presentations at COSECSA-ASEA meeting or publications in the East and Central African Journal of Surgery
4. If elected, will be required to pay the Fellowship register entry fee as prescribed by the College

1. Your CV
2. A passport style photo
3. A brief letter explaining why you wish to become a COSECSA Fellow
4. Reference letters from two COSECSA Fellows supporting your application

If your application is accepted you will need to pay the Fellowship registration fee. This can be paid online or in cash to one of your country representatives. The Fellowship registration fee is $500. Annual Fellowship subscription fee is $100.
